Under its initiative and financial management, Jamuna Bank Foundation organized scholarships among extremely poor but meritorious students and children of executives, officers and employees of Jamuna Bank PLC. who have got GPA-5 in the 2023 SSC/Dakhil examination and just passed the exam (in case of special/retarded children) in order to encourage and motivate them. Honorable Chairman of Jamuna Bank PLC. Md. Saidul Islam was present as the Chief Guest. Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation Al-Haj Nur Mohammed presided over the program. Honorable Directors of the bank were present as special guests and Managing Director and CEO of the bank Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed was present as the guest of honor. All the officers and employees of the bank were also present during the program.

Under the initiative and funding by Jamuna Bank Foundation, a program was held to provide scholarships to 198 deprived, disabled and disadvantaged but meritorious children and reception to children of the bank's employees who obtained GPA-5 in the SSC/Dakhil exams of 2020, 2021 and 2022. The event was graced by the presence of the Chairman of Jamuna Bank Limited and Jamuna Bank Foundation, Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, as the chief guest. The Bank's Director Kanutosh Majumder and Independent Director Md. Humayun Kabir Khan were also present as special guests. Managing Director and CEO, Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed presided over the program. During the program, all the employees & staff of the bank in Dhaka and nearby districts were present.

The chairman of Jamuna Bank Limited Shaheen Mahmud grace the occassion as the chief guest and awarded scholarships to 119 students.
