Jamuna Bank Foundation Inaugurates Computer Training Center at Gazaria Munshiganj
Jamuna Bank inaugurated two sewing training centers and one computer training center for free at college road and pilot girls high school of Gazaria, Munshiganj with the funding of Jamuna Bank Foundation. Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation and Former MP, Al-Haj Nur Mohammed was present as the chief guest. Director of the Bank Kanutosh Majumder and Gazaria Upazila Chairman Amirul Islam were present as special guests. Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed presided over the program. High officials from head office, employees from nearest branches and other local dignitaries were also present. Free sewing machines were also provided among the helpless poor women for the purpose of self-employment.

Jamuna Bank Foundation organized a Certificate Distribution Ceremony at Jamuna Bank, Sonargaon Road Branch, Dhaka. Chairman of the Jamuna Bank Foundation Al-Haj Nur Mohammed distributed certificates among the participants as chief guest. Inauguration of "Jamuna Bank Institute of Information, Communication & Technology"
"Jamuna Bank Institute of Information, Communication & Technology" (JBIICT) an initiative of Jamuna Bank Foundation was inaugurated with a simple ceremony. JBIICT will give free ICT training to poor but meritorious students. Chief Gusest Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation inaugurated the Institute. Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Shafiqul Alam presided over the ceremony. Additional Managing Director Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed and Deputy Managing Director A. K. M. Saifuddin Ahamed were present as special Guest in the program. 120 students were primarily selected for training.
Jamuna Bank BSC Nursing Computer Laboratory in BSMMU
Al-haj Nur Mohammad, chairman of Jamuna Bank inaugurated the Jamuna Bank BSC Nursing Computer Laboratory at the Nursing Faculty of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) . Jamuna Bank financed the BSc nursing computer laboratory. The Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation Nur Mohammed was present as Chief Guest. The Vice Chancellor of BSMMU, Prof Pran Gopal Dutt presided over the program.
Inauguration of Jamuna Bank Deaf Computer Training
The inauguration of Jamuna Bank Deaf Computer Training Center was held recently in Bangladesh National Deaf Organization, Dhaka with the finance of Jamuna Bank Foundation. In the inauguration ceremony, the Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation AI-Haj Nur Mohammed was present as the Chief Guest. The President of Bangladesh National Deaf Organization Brig. General (Retd) Gyashuddin Ahmed Chowdhury, Bir Bikrom, PSC presided over the program.
