Under the initiative of Jamuna Bank Foundation, "Voluntary Blood Donation and a Discussion Meeting" at Corporate office, Dhaka and Chokoria, Cox's Bazar was organized on the occasion of victory day. Honorable Chairman of Jamuna Bank Limited and Jamuna Bank Foundation, Al-Haj Nur Mohammed was present as chief guest and inaugurator in both programs. Honorable Director Kanutosh Majumder was present as special guest and Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed presided over those programs. Md. Abdus Salam, Additional Managing Director of the bank, Deputy Managing Directors, Branch managers and all employees of Dhaka and Chattogram Zone and adjacent branches were also present at those programs physically and virtually. Noted that 185 employees and staff of the bank donated blood in those programs.

Under the initiative and financing of Jamuna Bank Foundation, a voluntary blood donation program was organized at the National Press Club, Dhaka. Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation and Jamuna Bank Executive Committee was present as the chief guest at the event. Director of the bank Kanutosh Majumder was present as special guest. Jamuna Bank Managing Director and CEO Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed presided over the program. Executives, senior officials of the bank, officers and employees of the neighboring branches were also present. About 50 blood donors donated blood in the program voluntarily .

Mr. Shafiqul Alam, Managing Director & CEO of Jamuna Bank Limited was present as special Guest. Additional Managing Director Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Directors A.K.M. Saifuddin Ahamed, Md.Mofazzal Hossain, Md. Abdus Salam along with divisional heads, managers and employees of Dhaka Region were also present in the program. Jamuna Bank employees donated 100bags of blood in the program.

Sirajul Islam Varosha, chairman, Jamuna Bank Limited was present as the chief guest at the ceremony. Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, chairman, Jamuna Bank Foundation presided over the programs and Shafiqul Alam, Managing Director, Jamuna Bank Limited was the guest of honour. Besides, Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, DMD of JBL was present at the ceremony. 17 employees of JBL under Rajshahi zone donated blood at the Voluntary Blood Donation program. Before these occasions a Seminar was held on "Severity of Narcotics and our Responsibilities for Combating it".

The Directors of Jamuna Bank Engr. Md. Atiqur Rahman, Kanutosh Majumder and the chairman of Audit Committee Md. Rafiqul Islam were present as the special guests wherein Shafiqul Alam, Managing Director, Jamuna Bank was present as the guest of honour. 92 employees of the bank donated blood at the ceremony.

A Voluntary Blood Donation Program and Free Eye Camp, Gynae and General Treatment was held at Laucchara, Sreemongol, Moulvibazar under the auspices and finance of Jamuna Bank Foundation. Atiqur Rahman were present as special guests & Shafiqul Alam, Managing Director, Jamuna Bank was guest of honour. 23 nos bag blood was donated by the employees of  Sylhet zone of Jamuna Bank and 566 nos patient were treated in the camp also 52 nos eye patients were selected for operation.

Mahmudul Hoque, Chairman, Board of Directors, Jamuna Bank Limited inaugurates the program as the Chief Guest. Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, Chairman, Jamuna Bank Foundation presided over the program. Besides, Md. Motior Rahman, Managing Director, DMDs Md. Abul Shahjahan and Md. Mozammel Hussain were present in the program. Executives, Officers and Staffs of Dhaka Regional of Jamuna Bank Limited donated 53 bags Blood in program.

Voluntary Blood Donation Programs are arranged in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Bogra  with the endeavor and finance of Jamuna Bank Foundation every year. The Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation Nur Mohammed initiates the program by donating his own blood. Moreover, the executives, officers and stuffs of the Bank donate blood on the occasion.
